Honestly thought a “heated scoop” might be a gimmick but I am never going back to a regular scooper. It has a lovely weight, the metal feels premium, and the silicone grip was a lifesaver scooping for my daughter’s birthday party.

The 2600mAh cell gives up to 60 minutes of continuous warmth — dozens of scoops, easily a whole gathering. A full recharge over USB-C (5V/1A) takes about 3 hours.
Wipe or rinse the steel bowl under the tap. The handle is splash-resistant, but please don’t submerge it or put it in the dishwasher.

Return shipping
Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. We recommend a tracked service, as we can’t refund items lost in return transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
